FAQ
Why was this site created?
My Diabetes Information was created to increase patient and caregiver awareness of the causes of diabetes and its treatment options.
What is a blog, and why do you blog about diabetes?
Our blogs are informational, newsworthy entries. The word ‘blog’ is short for ‘web log.’ A log is simply a record of events historically used by explorers, writers, scientists and others to document important information and events. Blogs allow us to pass along important information quickly to a large number of people. We love blogs because we can link to authoritative sources so that readers can research further.
The diabetes community is web savvy and worldwide. This medium allows us to keep people up to date on important events. The blog also educates people so that they are prepared for visits with their physician. Educated readers often find treatments that work well for them, and improve their lives.
